What to consider when choosing an ISC2 Certification exam preparation training provider

• Not all training companies who offer ISC2 certification exam preparation ARE affiliated with ISC2. Official Training Partners of ISC2 are authorized by ISC2 to deliver the most relevant, up-to-date course content developed by ISC2. 
• As the number of students with ISC2 certification increases, many employers look for information on the training course and the materials used. Students that study through an OTP can request an official Certificate of Validation through their training provider – something unofficial providers will not be able to provide.
• Only ISC2 and ISC2 Official Training Partners – such as Cycubix are authorised to offer vouchers for ISC2 exams. 
• As trends in cybersecurity evolve, the official ISC2 certification Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) and courseware are updated accordingly. It is not a guarantee that unofficial training providers are teaching the latest domains covered in the exam. These changes are reflected in the official training materials developed and maintained by ISC2– and offered only through official channels to help candidates prepare for the exam.
• Be wary of “90%+ pass rate” claims and pass guarantees. No training provider knows exactly which items and real-world scenarios will be on the exam, so there’s no way to guarantee a pass rate. The certification exams are rigorous and constantly updated to reflect the ever-changing cyber world.
• ISC2 Authorised Instructors hold the certifications they are teaching, and undergo a rigorous onboarding process. The quality of instruction varies wildly through unofficial channels and some instructors teaching unofficial training for ISC2 certification exam preparation might not be certified themselves.
