• AI is becoming an increasingly important tool for cybersecurity teams by helping bridge some of the existing skills gap. Although it's uncertain how AI will evolve and automate tasks, most professionals believe their expertise will remain valuable alongside AI.
• Hiring managers are aware that AI will play a major role in the future. They also understand the importance of nontechnical skills, which will become increasingly valuable as AI becomes more widespread.
• As we implement AI and reap its benefits, caution is necessary. As data privacy and security issues associated with this technology become more evident, there is a growing need for robust policies and strategies.

Addressing the cybersecurity skills gap.

• Cybersecurity teams should look outside of IT and beyond traditional qualifications and consider a wider pool of talent. Finding the right individuals and investing in professional development and certifications can be very effective.
