CCSP Exam Changes
Effective August 1, 2022, several changes will be made to the CCSP exam. The CCSP exam will be available in four additional languages. Currently, the CCSP exam is available in English and Japanese and will also be offered in Chinese, Korean, German and Spanish from August 2022.
The length of the CCSP exam is also changing as an additional 25 pre-test (unscored) items will be added to the exams in all languages. The additional 25 pretest items are evaluated for inclusion as operational (scored) items in future exams, however, as these pretest items are indistinguishable from operational (scored) items, you should consider each item carefully and select the best possible answer. Responses to pretest items do not impact your score or the pass/fail result on your examination. To allow for these additional items, the maximum exam time will increase from three to four hours.
The CCSP exam content will be refreshed on August 1. Full details on the changes to the CCSP Domain Refresh FAQ can be found here>> The key changes are:
- Domain 2: Cloud Data Security will increase from 19% to 20%
- Domain 5: Cloud Security Operations will decrease from 17% to 16%.
If your exam is scheduled on or after August 1, 2022, your CCSP exam will reflect these changes. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us.
